NeJame Psychological Services provides services for children, adolescents, and adults where they specialize in the treatment of trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and stress to help clients live their life to its fullest potential. They use a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, play therapy, and anxiety management techniques to reduce symptoms. We also provide psychological assessment to assess for mental health concerns including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and intellectual assessments.
We do not currently participate in Medicaid, Medicare Advantage Plans, EAP, Humana, court/legal evaluations/counseling, or FMLA paperwork.

About Dr. NeJame
Dr. Julie NeJame is a licensed Psychologist who has been in clinical practice for 25 years. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of private practice, medical, and forensic settings where she specializes in the treatment of clinical disorders and assessment of clinical, behavioral, and forensic concerns. She especially enjoys helping clients heal from trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and stress in order to live their life to its fullest potential. She strives to create a strong connection each client with to safely share their experiences and she uses a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and anxiety management techniques to reduce mental health symptoms. Dr. NeJame has also had extensive experiences conducting and teaching courses on psychological evaluations to clarify diagnoses and help patients avoid misdiagnosis and create accurate treatment planning to provide high quality care.
She is also passionate about helping our community members by providing high quality mental health services by supervising a hand-picked team of skilled clinicians to increase service availability.
About Holly Gibbons, M.A.
Holly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Holly enjoys helping clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and grief. She also uses EMDR to assist with processing and healing from trauma and distress experiences. She especially enjoys working with couples to learn conflict resolution and communication skills to enhance their relationship using the Gottman Method for Couples. She strives to meet her clients where they are while guiding them through their personal healing process.
Holly helps clients create space to process their feelings while helping they develop skills and tools to engage in healthy behaviors and enhance communication in relationships. She mostly uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy while including a variety of techniques to meet her client’s varying needs.
John "Jay" Sayers, M.A. MT5004
Jay is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Intern with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling.
John "Jay" Sayers specializes in helping adolescent to adult clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, life changes, trauma and family/relationship conflicts. His main goal in therapy is help clients feel comfortable sharing their stories and learn ways to reduce distress and improve their lives.
He specifically likes to use Narrative Therapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to help clients identify and see alternatives to their "life story" see multiple PARTS of themselves to work through their feelings. He is also trained in the Gottman Couples Method to assist couples enhance communication and strengthen love. Previously, Jay had a career with Walt Disney World and believes that his entertainment background helps him connect on a creative level.
Jay is excited to help his clients become their best selves on their mental health journey.
Jill Nichols, M.A.
Jill enjoys helping children, adolescent, and adult clients to realize their ultimate goals. She also specializes in working with couples and families who are dealing with relational issues, life changes, infidelity, separation, divorce, and remarriage. Jill also sees individuals who desire life improvements and help with relationship/family issues, as well as stress, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Her ability to quickly build rapport with clients enhances the therapeutic process.
Jill primarily utilizes the Gottman Method when working with couples to improve communication and conflict resolution skills. She uses an integrative approach to counseling to meet each client’s inherently unique needs. Some modalities she uses include family systems therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered, and Christian counseling. Jill has a passion for helping others be the best version of themselves.
